Understanding Crystals and Gemstones
Class Series
These classes are an illuminating interactive class series designed to connect you with ancient practices of understanding, connecting, and working with the healing energies of the gemstones, crystals, rocks, and minerals.
In this series you will learn the history of how crystals, gemstones, rocks and minerals have been used to improve health, raise spiritual and emotional well being, enhance protection of home, property,and person, and remove or prevent disease. Connections with the chakra energy systems, intuitive learning and interaction, crystal grid creation and use, feng shui methodologies for home and office, meditation practice techniques and more is explored.
Classes are transformational, educational, and involve interactive sessions that dynamically demonstrate the connection we all have with the "bones of the earth"-a connection that we feel at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.

Crystal and Gemstone Workshops
Level 1 and Level 2
Workshops that contain the ancient knowledge of crystal and gemstone healing with a contemporary twist. This is an ideal offering for centers and events who are looking for a one day event or events that can be offered twice a month.
LEVEL 1:
This workshop will help you learn how to communicate with the Crystals and Gemstones, and understand their personal messages and how they work with us. They can act as guides to help us through emotional upsets or imbalances, assist in bringing the body back to health or improving physical well-being, and bring balance to our chakras and spiritual outlook.
For energy or spiritual workers, the Crystals and Gemstones are a great assistant to increase their skills in helping clients improve their physical or spiritual selves.
In this workshop you will:
• learn to develop or strengthen your intuitive skills
• learn how to communicate with the stones, and learn what they have to “say”
• participate in interactive sessions where we will share what our interpretations of the stones are and discuss them together
This class is ideal for both the beginner or for those who have background in working with the stones but want to increase their understanding of interacting with them.
LEVEL 2:
This workshop will help those who already interact with the stones and crystals to establish a deeper connection with them, attaining a higher level of consciousness and interconnectedness. You will learn different methods that are customized for any aspect of your life, your family/friends, clients, etc. These methods transcend the “traditional” methods of following a set “rule” of what stone/crystal to use in a particular method, for a particular purpose. You will reach a deeper understanding and connection to yourself and all that surrounds you. What is taught in this class is transformational and can be used in all aspects of your life, positively affecting you and all those that you interact with, day to day.
In this workshop you will:
• Attune innate intuitive skills with the Gemstones and Crystals at a deeper level
• Custom design Gemstone/Crystal grids to enhance an even deeper connection for the home, office, person or client, place, etc.
• Understand the power of intention and manifestation
• Learn about Feng-Shui Mapping
• Participate in interactive healing sessions utilizing the methods learned in class
This class is ideal for practitioners and for those who want to increase their understanding and connection with the Gemstones and Crystals.

Ongoing Classes
Soothing Crystal Guided Meditations is a guided meditation/journey aided by gemstones and crystals. The gemstones and crystals enhance meditation through their ability to absorb and emit energy vibrations that can be felt physically, spiritually, and emotionally. The crystal and gemstone vibrational energy helps to uplift or remove disruptions in the energy centers of our bodies, returning us to balance and harmony.
The combination of the gemstones and crystals in meditation also aid in connecting us with nature, ourselves, and our universe. They gently allow us to receive guidance, healing and wisdom from within. They allow us to get in touch with our feelings and to resolve them constructively, bringing clarity and revealing a deeper understanding about ourselves. Stress and tension are released as we relax and become infused with their gentle energies in combination to the soothing sounds and music they are accompanied with.
This beautiful journey will help you access a deeper inner wisdom and integrate this knowledge to become more balancd, empowered, and fulfilled in your life.
Before each meditation, Lynne will discuss how gemstones and crystals work, and why they are beneficial tools to be used in meditation. She will also discuss the gemstones and crystals that were chosen for the meditation. Participants will also be able to choose a gemstone to work with personally during their meditation, and she will answer any questions they may have about them. There will be a crystal grid plus plant essences released into the room to enhance the experience. Participants are encouraged to bring items that they might like to add to the center grid to be blessed with the energy. At the end of the meditation, there will be an open discussion/sharing of experiences.
